Shipping Your Liquid Vitamin Supplements
We ship directly through our wholesaler Earth Works International. At present we ship your liquid vitamin supplements anywhere in the United States and Canada. If your order is over $75.00 and you are located in the continental United States (the 48 lower states), we offer you free FedEx Ground Shipping or USPS (only for PO Boxes).
We charge a shipping fee of $7.50 for FedEx Ground / USPS on all orders under $75. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii go by USPS Priority Mail for a small additional fee (as opposed to the much larger additional fee FedEx charges) for basic shipping.
While FedEx Ground is the optimal choice to reach you in most situations, faster shipping is available if you really wish to pay more to get your vitamin supplements sooner. Please e-mail us via the "Contact Us" page at Earth Works International to inquire.
We ship all orders Monday though Friday. They must be placed by 2:30 PM MST to be shipped on the same day you order.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of these products any opened containers cannot be returned. Only UNOPENED products can be RETURNED. We can exchange opened products or credit you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. When we receive the OPENED/defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement item or issue you a full credit to your credit bin to be applied toward future purchases. All UNOPENED products maybe returned within 30 days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, less a 15% restocking fee. Please contact Earth Works International. if there is a problem, as they will do their best to ensure your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
